Please use this form to submit your Architectural Request to the Architectural Committee for review.
 
Option 1: Download and print the architectural request form below or complete the form using the fillable PDF function. Please complete the form with as much information as you can provide and email it to the address on the form. 
 
Option 2: Fill in the web form below and attach your supporting documentation.  If prompted, complete the Google reCAPTCHA and click Submit.
 
The Architectural Committee will review your request and get back to you within 7 business days with a decision. It is the intent of the committee to expedite your request as quickly as possible. The Architectural Committee will e-mail and mail to you their approval via management. Do not begin the modifications to your home until you hear from the board or management.  
Note: The Architectural Committee per the CC&R’s has up to 30 days to approve or reject the request.

    NOTE: A MAXIMUM OF 30 DAYS IS REQUIRED TO PROPERLY REVIEW AND RESPOND TO IMPROVEMENT REQUESTS.

    Prior to committee review, the homeowner must sign to verify that:

    1. Association fees are paid and current.
    2. No liens and/or fines are owed to the Association.
    3. I understand and agree that no work on this request shall commence until written approval by the Architectural Committee has been received.

    APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: In addition to this application, you will need to submit the following attachments:

    1. Full details of purpose and/or reason for improvement.
    2. Site plan with location of improvement drawn to scale. Note distance from property lines. Show relationship of improvement to neighboring homes and/or open spaces.
    3. Scale drawings and/or illustrations showing design of proposed improvement and relationship to existing house.
    4. Type, color and size of improvement and materials.
    5. Photos of house/lot as it currently exists.
